Intravenous Vitamin Therapy: IV Drip, IV Vitamin
A combination of B-vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, other minerals and amino acids are administered intravenously (into a vein) via a push or IV drip. There are many different types that can help you. They are especially effective and can help in the treatment of a wide range of ailments and increase energy. The protocol was developed by Dr. John Myers of Baltimore over 30 years ago and has subsequently been used to help thousands of patients.
Intravenous vitamin drips have been shown to be beneficial in treating:
- boosting immune function
- migraine headaches, and other headaches
- heart disease, blood pressure
- infections, including upper respiratory infections
- sinusitis, hay fever, and allergies
- chronic hives
- muscle spasms, and muscle tightness
Patients remark that the results with IV vitamins are better than intramuscular (IM) B-12 injection alone for energy and stamina. Blood levels of vitamins are raised to a therapeutic level when the combination is administered directly into the blood stream as compared to oral supplementation.
The procedure is safe, and the patient is in a comfortable when the IV vitamin is administered. Patients may experience a sensation cold or warm as the vitamins, minerals and amino acids enter the blood stream.
